Shipping policy
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
We do not offer delivery to addresses outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.

Free delivery for orders £99 and over
The final delivery cost is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery address and basket contents. Any promotional delivery offers will be displayed on-site and applied automatically when you meet the conditions.
International Delivery
We do not offer delivery to addresses outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.
Order processing and estimated delivery time:
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (UK business days).
Order processing: Most of our wines are stored in bonded warehouses. Once we receive your order, the wine is released from bond and transferred to our packaging center, where bottles will be securely repacked and despatched to you. The transfer time from bonded warehouse is included in our delivery estimates.
Estimated delivery time:
We expect all orders to most of UK postcodes to be delivered within 2-6 working days from your order-confirmation email.
Postcode Exceptions
Deliveries to the following locations may take longer, depending on the courier:
- Northern Ireland ( All BT postcodes ): estimated delivery time is 3–8 working days
- Scotland Highlands and Islands ( All AB, All FK, All HS, All IV, All KW, All PA, All PH, all ZE postcodes): estimated delivery time is 4–10 working days
Your estimated delivery date appears at checkout after entering the shipping address and will be sent in your order confirmation email.
During peak periods (e.g., bank holidays, December) or severe weather, deliveries may take longer.
Tracking & delivery updates
Where a tracked service is used, you’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel has been collected by our courier. If no one is available, the courier may attempt delivery to a neighbour or leave a collection card/notification with re-delivery instructions.
Delivery restrictions

Alcohol is sold only to customers aged 18+. Couriers may request valid photo ID on delivery. We may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.

We do not deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses, including addresses using BFPO numbers or postcodes beginning with BF1.

We’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Hospitals.
Address accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for parcels delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Missed, delayed or lost parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 5 working days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery (include your order number and photos of the packaging/item) so we can put it right.
Pre-orders & out-of-stock items
If an order contains a pre-order/out-of-stock item, we’ll normally hold the order until everything is ready to ship together. If you prefer split delivery, contact us and we’ll advise on any additional postage.
