Alemany i Corrió Pas Curtei Penedès DO, Spain, is a Red still dry wine crafted from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cariñena grapes. Undergoing alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with wild yeast and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 14 months of oak ageing, this Bordeaux-esque wine is jam-packed with mouthwatering black fruits. It offers beautiful soft tannins, an intense, moreish character with crunchy fruit, and a plenty of length on the finish. This vegan and vegetarian friendly wine pairs exceptionally well with steak, game, and poultry.

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a small sulphitic pre-fermentative maceration with wild yeast. Malolactic fermentation with wild bacterias in 228 | French oak barrels.
