Beppe Morchetta Vino Spumante Veneto, Italy is a delightful dry white sparkling wine, crafted from a lively blend of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes. Winemaker Massimo Donaldi carefully selects the base wine, which undergoes a second fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method to create its delicate bubbles. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly Spumante offers delicate white peach and citrus notes on the nose and palate, with an appealing fruity character and a refreshing bitter twist on the finish. It is perfect as an aperitif, for brunch, or as a versatile mixer for a spritz or Bellini.

Vinification
A blend of Garganega and Trebbiano. Winemaker Massimo Donaldi makes a careful selection for the base wine, fermented at approx. 18C in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation uses the Martinotti - Charmat method to create the delicate bubbles.
