Bodegas Gratias ¿y tu de quién eres? from Manchuela, Spain, is a natural, vegan and vegetarian friendly dry Red still wine, uncertified organic. Crafted from a unique field blend including Bobal, Marisancho, and other local varieties, it undergoes whole bunch fermentation in stainless steel, oak, and tinaja with lees ageing, using natural yeasts and minimal sulphites. This medium-bodied wine offers fragrant notes of Mediterranean bush and fresh red fruits, with a complexity derived from its diverse ageing process. It pairs wonderfully with cured meats, Spanish omelette, or chicken.

Vinification
The harvest is hand picked into big buckets directly in the vineyards, whole bunch fermented without destemming and with a low maceration between 4-5 days. Then pressed and aged in stainless steel, oak or tinaja and finally blended. Fermented using naturally occurring yeasts with hardly any added sulphites. Lees ageing.
