This dry Cava is crafted from Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada, and Chardonnay grapes, undergoing separate vinification and 24 months of ageing in stacks, with no oak. It offers a rich, full, and complex profile with delightful toasty and fresh brown bread-scented yeasty flavours. The palate is fruity and fresh, complemented by fine, pleasant bubbles. This versatile organic, vegan, and vegetarian Cava pairs beautifully with grilled foods, stews, fried dishes, fruit salads, and cakes.

Vinification
Separate wine-making processes for each variety. Static filtration for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 14°C for 18 days. Aged in stacks for around 24 months.
