Bodegas y Viñedos Merayo Las Tres Filas Mencia Bierzo DO, Spain, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 80-year-old Mencía bush vines. Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and aged for six months on its lees in American and French oak barrels, this wine presents an intense, fresh, and elegant nose dominated by red fruit, strawberry, and raspberry, complemented by floral violet notes, vanilla, tobacco, and subtle minerals. The palate is fresh with red fruit, offering a round, soft, and silky tannin structure alongside balanced acidity. Vegan and vegetarian friendly, it pairs beautifully with cured meat, roast turkey, and lamb.
