Bruno Murciano L'Alegria Valencia, Spain is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from the Bobal grape. Hand harvested and fermented in concrete tanks with no oak ageing, it presents a fragrant, intense nose of strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant, evolving into delicate floral and earthy undertones. The palate is delightfully fresh with firm acidity and well-integrated tannins, leading to a lovely, persistent finish. This versatile wine pairs beautifully with white meats, grilled dishes, and rich spoon dishes, including free-range chicken rice with artichokes and snails.

Vinification
Hand harvested in 10kg crates. The carefully selected whole bunch fruit undergoes a 48hr cold soak maceration, then is partially destemmed before being gravity fed into a vertical open 10,000L concrete tank.

This vibrant red wine offers an intense bouquet of fresh strawberry, raspberry, and red plum, complemented by delicate floral hints. On the palate, it is delightfully fresh with firm acidity and well-integrated tannins, showcasing bright red fruit flavours and a lovely, persistent finish.
Serving recommendation
Serve at 14-16°C. Decant for 30 minutes to allow its vibrant red fruit and floral notes to fully express.
