This dry blend of Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca, and Tinta Roriz undergoes fermentation in stainless steel vats at 22ºC for 15 days, with gentle extraction to preserve its inherent freshness and aromas, followed by resting in stainless steel before bottling, ensuring no oak influence. It presents an opulent and welcoming aroma of red fruit and wild berries, leading to a palate that reveals a lightness of touch with bright red berries and bramble fruits, complemented by a wonderfully light tannin structure. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is an excellent match for rich game dishes such as duck with rice, partridge, and chorizo, where its bright acidity cuts through.

Vinification
After a careful selection of the grapes, destemming and pressing the must is fermented in stainless steel vats at 22°C for 15 days with gentle extraction of the colour and aromas, and to preserve the freshness. The wine is rested in stainless steel tank before bottling.
