Casa Marin Sauvignon Blanc, Cipreses Vineyard, San Antonio Valley, Chile, is a vibrant still white wine with a dry profile, crafted from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A small proportion is barrel fermented, adding textural depth, while fermentation in stainless steel vats preserves its freshness. It offers elegant aromas of candied citrus, pink grapefruit, and green pepper, underpinned by a striking minerality and a hint of ocean breeze. The palate is saline and juicy, with a clear, elegant acidity and a long finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with seafood, peppery goat's cheese, and fresh salads.

Vinification
Grapes are manually sorted by hand. The must is cold macerated for 24 hours then gently pressed for 3 hours. The juice is chilled down to 5 degrees and then racked off the lees. It ferments at 12-14°C with yeast for 3 weeks in stainless steel vats.

This elegant dry white wine offers a captivating aromatic profile of pink grapefruit, candied citrus, and green pepper, underscored by a distinct minerality reminiscent of an ocean breeze. On the palate, it is beautifully saline and juicy, showcasing a clear, elegant acidity that leads to a long, refreshing finish.
