Casa Marin Sauvignon Gris, Estero Vineyard from San Antonio Valley, Chile is a captivating White, still, dry wine crafted from Sauvignon Gris grapes. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in used 5500 litre French oak barrels, it offers a powerful bouquet of floral and spicy aromas with a refreshing hint of pink grapefruit. The palate is ripe and mouth-filling, revealing floral notes, a touch of smoky French oak, and fresh asparagus flavours, all balanced by a crisp, clean acidity. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with spicy food, lean fish, and shellfish.

Vinification
Fermentation with added yeast starts in stainless steel tanks. Before fermentation is finished, the wine is transfered to used 5500 litre French oak barrels were it stays for 6 months.
