Cielo e Terra, Casa Defra Lessini Durello Lessini Durello DOC from Lessinia, Italy, is an elegant White sparkling wine crafted from Durella grapes. This dry wine undergoes fermentation without maceration at controlled temperatures and is stored in stainless steel tanks, preserving its fresh character. It offers bright citrus and delicate floral aromas, leading to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and subtle honeyed notes. Vinification
Hand picking of grapes, soft pressing and fermentation without maceration at controlled temperature below 20° C and with selected yeasts. Storage in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures always below 20°C, trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. The bottling is carried out using an isobaric filler, to preserve the carbon dioxide obtained thanks to the foaming process.
