Cielo e Terra Terre Allegre, Trebbiano Puglia IGT, Puglia, Italy, is a light, crisp White still dry wine made from Trebbiano grapes. Fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperatures below 20°C without maceration, protecting the wine with nitrogen to avoid oxidation. It presents fresh zesty citrus and fruity notes, leading to a clean, refreshing finish. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with appetizers, lean fish, or white meats. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
Manual and mechanical harvesting of the grapes with soft pressing and fermentation without maceration at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C and in the presence of selected yeasts. Storage takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperatures below 20 ° C, trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Stabilization and bottling are carried out cold using an isobaric filler.
