This vibrant Red still dry wine, crafted from Malbec grapes, is a quintessential Argentinian favourite, reflecting the rigorous selection process from five Mendoza vineyards. Fermented in concrete vats with 30% whole berries and aged on fine lees, it offers copious amounts of blackberry, plum, and cherry. Super juicy, bright, and fresh with rounded tannins, it's soft on the palate with a fresh finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, chilli, and spicy vegetable stews.

Vinification
The wine is fermented in concrete vats with 30% whole berries, with a mix of pigage and pumping over especially at the beginning of fermentation. Aged on the fine lees, this produces a wine that is superb value for money.
