Enira Enira White from Bessa Valley, Bulgaria, is a delightful dry white still wine crafted from Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier grapes. Fermented separately for 20 days and aged on lees for 3-6 months, it presents a bright golden colour. The nose is enchanting with heady aromas of pear, melon, lime, quince, elderflower, peach, and honey. On the palate, it is dense and rounded with silky tannins, offering a creamy, oily texture and refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit and chamomile. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with poultry, cured meats, and shellfish.

Vinification
A soft destemming and second quality control of whole berries on a vibrating table, followed by direct pressing in a pneumatic press. Fermentation for 20 days at 14-16°C with each varietal fermented separately. Battonage on the heavy lees for 3 to 6 months under a blanket of Co2 before final blending, stabilisation, filtration and bottling.
