Domaine Capmartin Tannat
A supple red wine with delicate fruit and well-integrated tannins, perfect with cured meats
Domaine Capmartin Tannat Madiran AOP, France, presents a supple red wine (rouge) that is both greedy and delicate. This dry, still wine, crafted from 100% Tannat grapes, undergoes vinification with no added sulphur and wild ferments, aged for 12 months in concrete tanks for lighter tannin extraction. It offers beautiful, well-integrated tannins alongside a fruity profile. Certified organic, natural, and suitable for vegetarians, this wine is a modern twist on a traditional appellation. It pairs wonderfully with red meats in a rich sauce or a selection of cold cuts.
