The vineyard work follows reasoned viticulture, with hand-harvesting and de-stemming; no oak ageing is used. This easy-drinking wine offers appealing aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet black fruits, garrigue notes, and spice. The palate delivers a plentiful body of fruit, layered with freshness and structure, leading to a refreshing dry finish. It is fantastic with grilled red and white meats or strong seasoned cheeses. This wine is both vegan and vegetarian.

Vinification
Planted with Grenache 45%, Syrah 30%, Cinsault 5% and Carignan 20%, the vineyard work is now carried out following the principles of reasoned viticulture with the utmost respect for the environment and harvesting is done mainly by hand with de-stemming of the grapes. No oak ageing.
