Domaine Fichet Mâcon-Burgy, Nathan & Valentin Mâcon-Burgy AOP, Burgundy, France, is a dry still White wine crafted from 100% Chardonnay. This light, fruity expression is more intense and mineral than its 'Villages' counterpart, showcasing a perfect balance of concentration, acidity, and minerality. Vinified in oak casks and aged for 12-16 months in 500L French oak barrels (20% new), it offers refreshing and very quaffable characteristics. This versatile wine is excellent with fish, shellfish, creamy chicken dishes, and even a hint of spice. It is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
Slow pneumatic crushing at low pressure followed by vinification in oak cask. Aged for 12-16 months, in 500L French oak barrels, of which 20% is new oak. Oak Ageing: Time: 16 Months, Type: French, % wine oaked: 100, % new oak: 20.
