Domaine Gardies Côtes du Roussillon Villages Rouge, Les Milleres, Roussillon, France, is a still, dry Red wine crafted from a blend of Grenache Noir, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvèdre. The grapes are manually harvested, undergoing a 14-day maceration in concrete tanks before ageing for 12 months, split between concrete vats and 600-litre French oak demi-muids. This wine offers a deep garnet hue with aromas of ripe red berries, garrigue herbs, and subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is smooth and juicy, with fine, well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, small game, or hearty dishes like paella. The estate has been cultivated organically since 2004.

Vinification
