Feudo Antico Tríbúm Pecorino Terre d'Abruzzo IGT, Abruzzo, Italy, is a vibrant still white wine. Crafted from 100% Pecorino grapes, this dry wine is vinified without any wood, utilising temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, concrete, and glass to preserve fruit purity. It presents a straw yellow hue with greenish highlights, offering aromas and tastes of citrus, tropical fruits like peach, and elegant floral notes. Full-bodied and well-structured with a long finish, it pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, fried calamari, fresh salads, and various cheeses. This wine is both vegan and vegetarian, and certified organic.

Vinification
Destemming and crushing of the grapes, cryo-maceration and soft pressing of the crushed grapes, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Vinification includes no wood whatsoever and is restricted to concrete and glass.
