Gregorio Martinez Tinto Reserva Rioja DOCa, Spain, is a captivating Red still wine crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes. This dry wine undergoes a traditional three-week maceration-fermentation in stainless steel, followed by two years in French oak barrels and a minimum of three years' bottle ageing. It reveals a moderately deep cherry red colour with vibrant red berry scents, subtle balsamic and spicy nuances, evolving into delicate lactic notes, white blossoms, warm cinnamon, leather, and ink. A superb choice for roasted lamb, grilled game meats, and mature hard cheeses.

Vinification
The bunches undergo destemming before a traditional maceration-fermentation process in stainless steel vats lasting three weeks, with daily pump-overs to enhance extraction. After completing malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for two years in French oak barrels, followed by a minimum of three years' bottle aging before release.
