La Vie En Rose Cinq Pétales Pays d'Oc IGP, Languedoc, France, presents a beautifully elegant, dry Rosé still wine crafted from Cinsault grapes. The vinification process focuses on preserving freshness, with early morning harvest and cool fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees in stainless steel. This results in a fresh, summery wine, pale in colour, offering delightful hints of strawberry and wild raspberry, complemented by mouth-watering acidity. A versatile and food-friendly choice, it pairs incredibly well with salads, chargrilled meats, and a variety of seafood and other meat dishes. This wine is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Vinification
The grapes are selected among the coolest vineyards to ensure good natural acidity. Harvest is during the coolest hours of the day, early morning and the grapes are directly pressed into airbag presses. The juice is cold settled and goes though fermentation at cool temperature for 2 weeks. The wines are then quickly cleared off their gross lees and are kept in stainless steel tanks on fine lees only until bottling, in order to keep maximum fresh fruit and freshness.
