Lamé-Delisle-Boucard, Domaine des Chesnaies Bourgueil Cuvée Prestige from Bourgueil, Loire, France, is a superb dry red wine crafted entirely from Cabernet Franc. This still wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process in wooden vats, including 18 days of maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, followed by 12 months of oak ageing. It presents a beautifully dense and velvety palate, revealing deep black fruit aromas intertwined with delicate violet and earthy undertones. This round and rich wine pairs wonderfully with venison loin, wild boar stew, or a hearty mushroom and lentil ragout, as well as mature cheeses.

Vinification
This cuvée is vinified in wooden vats from start to finish. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in conical wooden vats, with punching down and pumping over. Maceration lasted 18 days. Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
