Luis Marin Vida Essentia Garnacha Cariñena DO, Spain, is a beautifully fleshy, dry red still wine crafted from 25-year-old Garnacha vines. Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel before ageing for three months in old American and French oak. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine offers elegant, smooth tannins alongside fresh raspberry and black cherry fruit, with a subtle hint of mocha on the finish. A truly versatile choice, it pairs wonderfully with rice dishes, lighter meats, salmon, and can even complement a little spice.

Vinification
Grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel before ageing in old American and French oak for 3 months. Oak Ageing: 3 Months in French and American Oak. 100% wine oaked, no new oak.
