This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine undergoes slow, gentle pressing and fermentation in tuns and 500l barrels under temperature control, followed by ten to twelve months of ageing, with 20% new oak. It reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, honey, and gingerbread, leading to a palate of pleasant freshness and subtle mellowness. Vinification
Slow and gentle pressing with fermentation in tuns and 500l barrels under temperature control. Aged in tuns and 500l barrels for ten to twelve months and then one month of flavour maturation in stainless steel vat. Oak Ageing: 12 Months in 228/450l Oak Barrels, 100% wine oaked, 20% new oak.
