Chanzy Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Les Fortunés, Bourgogne, Côte Chalonnaise, France is a refined Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration before maturation in 228l barrels and stainless steel vats. It presents an attractive light ruby colour, opening with frank aromas of red fruits. The palate is supported by silky tannins, making it enjoyable in its youth. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with fresh tapas, soft-boiled eggs, or roasted fish.

Vinification

Grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration for ten days with pumping over and punching down under temperature control throughout fermentation. This wine is matured in 2281 barrels and stainless steel vats and then 1 month of ageing in stainless steel vats before bottling.
