Manos Negras Red Soil Select, Pinot Noir from Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina is a captivating Red still, dry wine crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification process involves gentle de-stemming, cold maceration, and whole berry fermentation with natural yeasts, followed by 12 months of ageing in French 225-litre barrels, with no new oak. This meticulous approach results in a wine with earthy autumn berry aromas, leading to a palate rich in bramble, chocolate, and plum notes, complemented by a subtle earthy spice. It is a vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine, offering a delightful experience. Vinification
Gentle de stemming, cold maceration for 2 days and whole berry fermentation with natural yeasts at a maximum temperature of 22° C. There is extensive punching down for the first 7 days of the 12 day fermentation. Oak Ageing: 12 Months in French 225 Litre barrels, 100% of wine oaked, no new oak.
