Mora & Memo Nau Cannonau di Sardegna DOC, Sardinia, Italy, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Cannonau grapes. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine undergoes maceration on skins and fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by six months of refinement in steel and three months in bottle, resulting in brilliant violet reflections. Expect enticing aromas of red fruits and spicy notes, leading to a palate with soft, elegant tannins, good structure, and pleasant complexity. It pairs beautifully with cured meats, rich pasta dishes, red meats, and mature cheeses.

Vinification
Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8-10 days at controlled temperature. After the maceration, fermentation continues in stainless steel vats. At the end of fermentation, the wine continues to refine in stainless steel vats for about six months at the end of the ageing process the wine goes into bottle for three months before its release.
