Mora & Memo Tino Vermentino di Sardegna DOC Sardinia, Italy is a vibrant still white wine. Crafted from Vermentino grapes, it undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with subsequent ageing on its lees for a few months, resulting in a dry and elegant profile. The wine offers intense aromas of delicate flowers, rosemary, thyme, and sage, leading to a palate rich in lovely vegetal notes and a warm, balanced finish. Vinification
There is a brief contact with the skins, after cleaning, the must obtained from crushing ferments in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeast at a constant temperature of 15° C. After fermentation, the ageing on its lees follows for a few months then the wine is ready for the refinement in bottle.
