Fermented at controlled temperatures and aged briefly in stainless steel, it offers lively aromas of black cherries, blackberries, wild undergrowth, liquorice root, sweet spices, and black pepper. The palate is easy-drinking, fresh, and savoury, with a pulpy, satisfying sip and a velvety tannic texture. Vinification
Produced from Negroamaro grapes, handpicked in early September. Alcoholic fermentation at temperatures that did not exceed 25°C (77°F), then a short aging in stainless steel tank before bottling. No oak ageing.
