Quinta da Costa do Pinhão Gradual Douro DOC, Portugal, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, and Tinta-Roriz grapes. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is naturally fermented in slate lagars and aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels, resulting in a fresh, balanced, and fruity expression of the Douro. It offers enticing aromas of fresh red fruit and plum, complemented by hints of spice and black pepper. On the palate, well-integrated tannins provide excellent structure and a persistent finish. This versatile wine pairs wonderfully with hearty comfort food such as beef stew, mushroom stroganoff, or a barbeque.

Vinification
Wines are naturally fermented in slate lagars. Aged for 12 months in French 225l and 400l used barrels. 100% of the wine is oaked, with no new oak.
