Cramele Recas Calusari Pinot Rosé from Viile Timisului, Romania, is a delightful dry still Rosé wine crafted from Pinot Noir grapes. The vinification process involves careful destalking, crushing, and cooling of the must, with precise skin contact to achieve its charming colour, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures without oak ageing. It presents a nose full of summer fruit aromas like strawberry and blueberry, leading to a light, crisp, and refreshing palate with vibrant notes of raspberry and cranberry. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine is wonderfully versatile, pairing beautifully with a Greek salad or grilled fish.

Vinification
After selection, the grapes are destalked, crushed, and the must including skins, is cooled. After maceration the crushed grape mass is softly pressed. One hundred percent Pinot Noir grapes are pressed with just the right amount of contact with their skins to give it its delightful colour and character. The grapes are then processed in the tried-and-true ways of the best white wines in controlled temperatures.
