This certified organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel before maturing for 18 months in large French oak barrels. It reveals an ample and complex bouquet of fresh and withered rose, violet, wild strawberries, raspberries, and cherry jam, alongside notes of spice, chocolate, cloves, black pepper, and nutmeg. The palate is warmed by alcohol, with finely marked, smooth yet tart tannins. This versatile Red wine pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin, roast turkey, or pork sausage.
