Terres Fideles Fidèle Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOP, Roussillon, France, is a powerful yet elegant Red (still) wine. This dry blend of Grenache and Carignan is hand-harvested and undergoes wild fermentation with minimal intervention, aged in concrete vats without oak. It delivers huge dark brooding fruit with great concentration and a rich texture, balanced by the freshness, bright fruit, and acidity from the Carignan. This organic, vegan, and vegetarian wine is superb with hearty dishes like slow-cooked stews, goulash, and mild curries.

Vinification
Hand-harvested a little earlier than most in the region. Wild fermentation, minimal intervention and then stored in small concrete vats. No oak is used. An exceptionally fine example of what the Roussillon region can deliver.
