Terres Fideles Fidèle, L’Ombra de Queribus, Côtes du Roussillon Villages AOP, Roussillon, France, is a certified organic, vegan and vegetarian still red wine. This dry blend of Grenache and Carignan is a testament to power balanced with elegance. Hand-harvested and undergoing wild fermentation with minimal intervention in concrete vats, it sees no oak, allowing the pure fruit expression to shine. Grenache delivers huge dark brooding fruit with a rich texture, while Carignan adds vibrant freshness, acidity, and bright fruit. This singular wine is superb with hearty dishes such as slow-cooked stews, goulash, and mild curries.

Vinification
Hand-harvested a little earlier than most in the region. Wild fermentation, minimal intervention and then stored in small concrete vats. No oak is used. An exceptionally fine example of what the Roussillon region can deliver.
