Hand-picked and cool fermented, with Greco and Zibibbo undergoing 24 hours of skin contact, it matures on lees for enhanced complexity, avoiding oak ageing. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine offers hints of almond blossom, quince, and ripe pear, with a tangy, almost exotic yet pithy and delicious palate. It pairs beautifully with light poultry dishes, fresh seafood, or mild cheeses.

Vinification
Hand-picked before gentle de-stemming and crushing. Greco & Zibibbo were held on skins for 24 hours. Cool fermented separately followed by maturation on lees. No oak ageing.
