Thistledown Gorgeous Grenache Rosé from South Australia, Australia, is a beautifully crafted still, dry Rosé wine. Made from hand-picked Grenache grapes, it undergoes gentle de-stemming and a brief 3.5-hour skin contact, followed by cool fermentation and six months maturation on lees to enhance texture. This results in a deliciously crisp and fragrant wine, offering vibrant aromas of wild strawberry, violets, and bright citrus. The palate is tangy, broad, and focused, making it an ideal aperitif or a perfect match for freshly grilled fish. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
Hand-picked and gently de-stemmed before crushing followed by 3.5 hours on skins to extract minimal colour. A cool fermentation followed which retained the aromatic, herbal notes and focused the crisp, textural palate. Maturation on lees for 6 months helped increased texture prior to bottling.
