Thistledown Gorgeous Grenache White from South Australia, Australia, is a beautifully crafted still white wine. This dry blend of Grenache Blanc and Chardonnay undergoes oxidative handling before a wild ferment in concrete egg and used French barrels, with four months maturation on lees to enhance its texture. It offers an explosion of bright, tangy citrus fruit, complemented by delicate hints of honeysuckle and mint, alongside notes of yellow plum and guava. The wine is taut, yet textured and complex, making it excellent with summer salads, grilled chicken satay, or sea bass. This wine is also vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Vinification
Oxidative handling before a wild ferment in both concrete egg and used French barrels. No MLF and maturation on lees for 4 months helped increase texture prior to bottling.
