Thistledown Walking With Kings Roussanne-Grenache Blanc, South Australia, Australia. This richly textured still white wine, a dry blend of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, is inspired by the great whites of the Rhône. It offers a creamy, aromatic palate brimming with exotic fruit notes and vibrant green apple. Both varieties are hand-picked and fermented separately, with Roussanne whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in French oak, and Grenache oxidatively handled before wild ferment in barrel. This vegan and vegetarian friendly wine is incredibly versatile, complex yet moreish, pairing beautifully with rich seafood, creamy sauces, and Asian cuisine.

Vinification
Both varieties are hand picked and fermented separately. Roussanne is whole bunch pressed, lightly settled and wild fermented in French oak. Grenache is oxidatively handled prior to wild ferment in barrel. The two components blend prior to bottling. Oak Ageing Time: 6 Months, Type: French Oak, 100% wine oaked, None new oak.
