Vignerons de Florensac Ornezon, Picpoul de Pinet Languedoc Roussillon, France, is a crisp, dry White still wine crafted from 100% Picpoul de Pinet grapes. This eco-friendly producer harvests at night to preserve freshness, fermenting in stainless steel at low temperatures before ageing on fine lees for characteristic richness and roundness. It offers plentiful aromas of vibrant grapefruit and zesty citrus fruit, leading to bracing citrus and stone fruit flavours on the palate. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with oysters, lighter seafoods, and cream-based dishes. This wine is both vegan and vegetarian.

Vinification
An eco-friendly producer, oenologist Roques Stephane utilises green techniques to control pests in the vineyard, and the Vignerons de Florensac reduce carbon emissions by drawing energy from their vast bank of solar panels. These are used to power the refrigeration units required to keep the grapes and juice cool for maceration and fermentation. After maceration the grapes are gently pressed in a pneumatic press, and the juice fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures using cultured yeasts.
