Vignerons de Florensac Pique & Mixe Piquepoul-Terret, Côtes De Thau IGP, Languedoc Roussillon, France, is a vibrant dry White wine crafted from Picquepoul and Terret grapes. The grapes are harvested at night and undergo cold maceration and cool fermentation, followed by ageing on fine lees for characteristic richness. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine presents a fresh and fruity nose with notes of lemon and grapefruit, leading to an exotic, lively, and fresh palate supported by bright citrus flavours and a beautiful length. It is an ideal accompaniment to oyster and seafood platters, making it a versatile choice for various culinary delights.

Vinification
Total destemming of the harvest, cold maceration of the grapes for 2 hours before draining and pressing grapes in a pneumatic press. The must is then cooled to 4°C for a stabilisation on lees for 10 days with CO2. A cool fermentation. Once fermented, the wine is aged on fine lees with regular stirring to bring out its characteristic richness and roundness.
