Adega Ponte da Boga Mencía Ribeira Sacra DO, Spain, is a vibrant Red still dry wine crafted from 100% Mencía grapes, reflecting Galicia's ancient terraced slopes. Vinified with careful destemming, crushing, a 10-day fermentation, and 8-day maceration, it is then aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its fresh, fruit-driven character. The wine presents intense notes of violet, rose, and blackberry on the nose, complemented by hints of peppery spice and an earthy background. The palate echoes with vibrant sour cherry, violet, and blackberry, offering a delightful and complex experience. Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then fermented for 10 days with gentle pumping over, followed by maceration for 8 days. Aged in stainless steel for 6 months.
