Ai Galera Poetico Tejo, Portugal is a captivating dry still red wine, expertly crafted from the indigenous Castelão and Trincadeira grape varieties. Each grape is fermented separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, preserving its vibrant character. This wine displays an intense ruby red colour, offering clean aromas of red berry fruits. On the palate, it is round and medium-bodied, culminating in a well-rounded finish with mellow tannins. This gentle red works beautifully with white meats such as poultry and complements mild soft cheeses perfectly. It is not certified natural, vegan, or vegetarian.
