Manos Negras Triuno Malbec from Mendoza, Argentina is a vibrant Red (rouge) still wine, dry and crafted entirely from Malbec grapes. It undergoes 6 months of ageing in new French oak, contributing to its complex character. This vegan, vegetarian, and certified organic wine offers rich dark berry fruit flavours, complemented by a subtle touch of black pepper, and a natural acidity that ensures a beautifully balanced finish. It pairs exceptionally well with lean red meats, poultry, roast pork, and various tomato-based pasta dishes.

Vinification
Gentle destemming followed by cold maceration at 8° C for 3 days. This undergoes a wild yeast fermentation, 2 pumping overs and 1 punching down per day.The fermentation is temperature controlled below 22° C. Total fermentation time of 13 days. 100% malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 6 months in new French Oak.
