Babalù Rosso Sicily, Italy is a vibrant Red (Rouge) still dry wine crafted from Nero D'Avola and Syrah grapes. Harvested in the cool morning and fermented in stainless steel, it offers ample ripe, plummy fruit with hints of spice and liquorice, alongside bright red and cherry notes, culminating in a deliciously supple and juicy palate. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes such as beef stew, meatballs, or pasta. Its fresh character and balanced acidity make it a versatile choice for many meals.

Vinification
Harvested in the cool of the morning for maximum preservation of fresh fruit flavours. Gentle pressing in a pneumatic press followed by overnight cold maceration to extract all the aromatics from the grapes. Fermented at 18C in stainless steel, temperature-controlled tanks.
