This vibrant Red still dry wine, crafted from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, offers an intense nose of pomegranate, wild strawberries, and red berry fruits. Hand-harvested grapes are vinified in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled 15°C, with no oak ageing, preserving its fresh character. On the palate, it is soft and velvety, full-bodied with smooth, sweet tannins. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with red meats, Italian pasta, and aged cheeses. This wine is vegan, vegetarian, and certified organic.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand first week of September, and are vinified in small stainless steel tanks at acontrolled temperature of 15°C.
