Bella Modella Pinot Grigio Rosé Terre d'Abruzzo IGT, Abruzzo, Italy, is a delightful still Rosé wine. This dry wine, crafted from Pinot Grigio grapes, undergoes fermentation without maceration in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, preserving its fresh character with no oak ageing. It presents an elegant bouquet of acacia flowers, leading to a dry, well-balanced palate with refreshing floral and citrus fruit notes. Vegan and vegetarian friendly, it's excellent as an aperitif, with starters, risottos, fish-based first courses, fresh cheeses, vegetables, and white meats.

Vinification
Manual and automated grape harvest, soft pressing and fermentation without maceration using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C. Storage in steel tanks at controlled temperature always below 20° trying to protect the wine with nitrogen to avoid the oxidative effect of the air. Stabilization and cold bottling by means of isobaric filler.
