Mabis, Biscardo Oropasso Veneto IGT, Italy, is a vibrant White still wine crafted from Garganega and Chardonnay grapes. This dry wine undergoes fermentation for 15 days in steel tanks, followed by five months of ageing on fine lees in stainless steel, with no oak influence. It reveals delicate floral notes, hints of citrus, and yellow flesh fruits on the nose, leading to a fresh, mineral, and well-structured palate. A versatile choice, it pairs beautifully with pasta, lean fish, shellfish, and poultry. This wine is also suitable for both vegan and vegetarian diets.

Vinification
The fermentation lasts 15 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 13-14° C. The ageing of the wine is quite lengthy, leaving the wine to rest on the fine lees for about five months in stainless steel tanks. No oak ageing.
Flavour profile
This dry white wine offers an intense straw yellow hue with greenish reflections. It presents delicate floral notes, complemented by hints of vibrant citrus fruits and luscious yellow flesh fruits, culminating in a fresh, mineral, and well-balanced palate.
