Bodegas Bernabeleva Navaherreros Blanco de Bernabeleva Vinos de Madrid DO, Spain, is a captivating still dry white wine crafted from Albillo Real and Macabeo grapes. Vinified in used 500 and 600 litre French oak barrels with nine months sur lie ageing, it offers a nose of fresh pear, olive, and dried flowers. The palate is full-bodied and focused, revealing minerality, excellent acidity, and a complex, balanced finish. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine pairs beautifully with game bird, wild rabbit, or Asian-influenced dishes.

Vinification
Each plot is elaborated as a single vineyard wine, vinfication takes place in 500 and 600 I used French oak barrels, where the wine ages sur lie. After nine months, the blend is made and the wine bottled. The wine is neither stabilised nor filtrered.

On the palate, it is focused and complex, offering a lovely minerality alongside notes of pear and olive, culminating in a balanced finish.
