This dry wine undergoes artisanal vinification, fermented in stainless steel tanks before resting in ancient amphorae to soften tannins and preserve fresh fruit. It presents a fruity nose with red berries, an earthy palate, and a creamy, fresh mouthfeel. This versatile wine is vegan, vegetarian, natural, and organically certified, making it an excellent choice for roasted vegetables or a selection of fine cheeses.

Vinification
Artisanal and respectful winemaking. Grapes fermented in small stainless steel tank. After alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine rests in big ancient anphora, to ensure the micro-oxygenation that helps the wine to round out the tannins and keep the fruit fresh.
