Bodegas Manzanos Castillo De Enériz Reserva Navarra DO, Spain, is a still, dry Red wine crafted from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo grapes. This vegan and vegetarian-friendly wine undergoes a meticulous vinification process, including 18 months of oak ageing in French and American barrels, imparting subtle vanilla and baking spice notes to its inviting ripe red-berry fruit aromas. The palate is elegant and ripe, with a velvety tannin, offering a harmonious and complex balance. It pairs exceptionally well with roasted lamb, sirloin of beef, or chicken dishes.

Vinification
Pre-fermentative maceration cooling, pumpovers during the whole process, max. temperature of 27°C and post-fermentative maceration of 5 days. Oak Ageing: 18 Months in French and American 300 Litre barrels. 100% of wine oaked, 30% new oak.
